Notice of Wessex Area AGM 2010
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Mountain Activity Section Wessex Area will be held on Saturday 3 April 2010 at Wildhern Village Hall, Andover, SP11 0JE, at 7.00p.m. Membership cards must be shown at the door. American supper will follow the meeting.Notices of motion to be submitted in writing to the secretary.

No later than 60 days before AGM. Nominations for Committee may be submitted in writing to the secretary no later than 45 days before AGM but the Chairman will accept further nominations at the meeting. Nominee must have signified willingness to stand and written nominations must contain the names, addresses and membership numbers of nominee, proposer and seconder.
The Committee welcomes new members. Come along and have your say!
