National AGM 2012
The National AGM of the MAS will be held on Saturday 5th May 2012 at Chipping & District Memorial Hall, Garstang Road, Chipping, Preston, PR3 2QH at 7.00pm. MR SD 620431. Notices of motion and nominations for Committee must be sent in writing to the Secretary, Colin Wild, 14 Bretton Road, Ravenshead, Nottingham NG15 9DB, no later than 6th March and must contain names, addresses and membership numbers of nominees who consent to serve. Membership cards to be shown at the door.

Wessex AGM 2012
The AGM of the Wessex Area MAS will be held during the Braemore House Meet (Braemore House, Fordingbridge, SP6 2DF) between 5th April 2012 - 10th April 2012.
Peakland AGM 2012
The AGM of the Peakland Area MAS will be held on Saturday 24th March 2012 at The Bassett Rooms, Church Street, Ashover, Derbyshire S45 0AB at 7 p.m. MR 119/349630.
